At the end of February it was the British Indoor Athletics Championships in Birmingham. My indoor season had been been shaping up nicely with lots of indoor 400m PBs and my England Senior debut earlier in the month.
I put together a really solid series of races including and indoor and outdoor PB in the semi final. I finished second in another very solid time and then ended up being promoted to British Champions due to a DQ.
An absolutely amazing experience and incredible to win at my my first ever indoor British Champs!
