After having my break in August for 3 weeks I am now back into pre winter training.
I feel really motivated for winter training and am more focused that ever.
It has been a strange year and I chose to only compete once due to wanting to get back into training earlier this autumn so needing to have an earlier break and I'm really pleased I made that decision with my coach.
